Hulme Hall, Cheadle Hulme
Segment: Conversion Restoration, and New Build Residential
Completion: September 2014
A re-development of a large site containing a former residential home for the elderley within the existing 400 year old (original parts date to late 16th century) Hulme Hall, and separate 1970′s residential home block.
The separate residential block was demolished to make way for a new domestic residential block of 11 homes - built from timber frame construction to new design & building regulations standards, in a brick finish externally. Incorporated a separate garaging area and gardens.
Hulme Hall was converted into three large 3-bed and 4-bed domestic residential apartments of contemporary design sympathetically integrated with original fetures, fully in accordance with English Heritage. The refurbishment included a full restoration and repair of Hulme Hall.
Designed and constructed in conjunction with our client PH Properties Ltd, the project was successfully completed and with significant local interest, many units bought off-plan.
